The Group Class Series is a live, weekend intensive taught over Zoom, offering comprehensive menstrual cycle and fertility education in a supportive group setting. This experience blends science, cyclical wisdom, and practical tools to help you understand your body, your hormones, and your fertile window with clarity and confidence.

This format is ideal for those seeking fertility awareness education and holistic reproductive health support without the commitment of private sessions.

What’s Included

• Weekend Intensive (6 Education Hours)
  Live instruction covering menstrual cycle physiology, fertility awareness methods, cycle charting, hormonal health, and fertility optimization.

• Live Q&A Time
  Dedicated space after class for questions, integration, and personalized clarification in a supportive, trauma-informed environment.

• Group Learning Over Zoom
  Learn in real time from anywhere, with the option to engage, listen, or participate at your own comfort level.  Classes will be recorded for replay. 

• Optional One-on-One Support
  Participants may choose to add individualized sessions after the series for personalized chart review, herbal support, or fertility-focused care.
